1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) describes how the IT company ZXY, Moscow (hereinafter — the Operator), collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors of the website zxy.ru (hereinafter — the Website). The Policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.

By submitting any information through the forms on the Website you confirm that you have read the terms of this Policy and give consent to the processing of the data you provide in the manner described below. If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not use the forms on the Website.

2. What data we receive

Through the request forms on the Website you may provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and a comment (additional information). You provide this data voluntarily and at your own initiative.

In addition, when you visit the Website, anonymised technical data is collected automatically: IP address, cookie data, browser and device details, and on-page actions. This collection is performed by the Yandex.Metrika web analytics system, including the webvisor feature (recording of user actions on a page).

3. Purposes of processing

• to contact you regarding your request: to clarify details and prepare a proposal;
• to respond to inquiries received by phone or email;
• to improve the Website: analysing visitor behaviour and attendance statistics.

4. Legal grounds

The processing of data submitted through forms is based on your consent expressed by ticking the corresponding checkbox before submitting the form. The processing of anonymised analytical data is performed in the interests of the Operator to operate and improve the Website. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a request to zxy@zxy.ru.

5. Storage and protection

Data submitted through the forms is delivered to the Operator's email and stored in protected systems accessible only to authorised ZXY employees. The Operator takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect the data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Data is kept no longer than required for the processing purposes and is deleted or anonymised afterwards.

6. Transfer to third parties

We do not sell and do not transfer personal data to third parties, except:

• the Yandex.Metrika web analytics service (YANDEX LLC), which processes anonymised data about Website visits;
• cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: receive confirmation that your personal data is being processed and information about how it is processed; demand that incomplete or outdated data be clarified, blocked or destroyed; withdraw your consent to processing at any time. 8. Cookies and analytics

The Website uses cookies for the correct operation of the interface (for example, to remember the selected language) and for web analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some Website features may then work incorrectly. Recording of actions by Yandex.Metrika can be restricted via browser settings (Do Not Track) or blocking extensions. Form drafts are temporarily stored in the browser local storage (localStorage) and deleted after the form is successfully submitted.

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. Material changes take effect upon publication unless stated otherwise.
