Website audit: technical, SEO, usability — a report with a plan by ZXY

An audit answers the owner main question: "Why does the site bring no leads and what to do?" We check 100+ parameters: tech, speed, indexing, semantics, usability, content and conversion. The output is a clear prioritized report: what to fix first, what it costs and what effect it brings.

How it works

Technical audit

Errors, speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing, duplicates, security, mobile version.

SEO audit

Semantics, meta tags, structure, markup, links, visibility in Yandex and Google.

Usability and conversion

User path, forms, CTAs, trust, barriers — where leads are lost.

Implementation plan

A prioritized report: fast/cheap/effective. Work estimates and expected growth.

Why a site needs an audit

A site can look fine and still lose money: pages take 6 seconds, half of the pages have indexing errors, forms never reach the CRM, visitors abandon the cart. The owner does not see it — search engines and clients do. An audit is a diagnosis of the whole "organism": it shows exactly where visitors, rankings and money are lost, and what to do first. An audit is needed when: traffic or leads fall without visible reasons; a redesign or promotion is planned (do not build on sand); the site has been unattended for a long time; after an update "something broke"; or you simply want to know where the ad money goes. The audit costs 1–3% of a typical yearly promotion budget and saves months of wasted work.

Technical audit

We check the "foundation": correct server responses and error codes (404, 500, redirects), loading speed and Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), the correctness of robots.txt and sitemap.xml, indexing completeness in Yandex.Webmaster and Search Console, duplicates and canonical addresses, broken links, mobile correctness, HTTPS and security (outdated libraries, CMS and plugin vulnerabilities), Schema.org markup. Separately we review infrastructure: hosting, PHP versions, caching, backups. Every item gets a severity: what blocks sales and indexing, what hinders, what is desirable. A technical audit often brings the "cheapest" wins: error fixes cost pennies while the effect on traffic and conversion is immediate.

SEO audit and search visibility

We analyze how Yandex and Google see the site: the semantics structure — which queries the site covers and which it misses; meta tags and headings — relevance, duplicates, "blind" pages; content — completeness of the answer, page cannibalization, text quality; internal linking and nesting depth; the external link profile — quality, toxicity, anchors; positions for target queries and dynamics; snippets and CTR; local SEO (maps, regions) if relevant. We compare with 3–5 top competitors: what they have and you do not — from technical features to content. The result is a map of missed demand: how much traffic "hangs" next to you and which pages will take it.

Usability, content and conversion

The tech can be perfect while leads do not come — because the visitor is uncomfortable. We look through the user eyes: the path from entry to the target action, the clarity of the first-screen offer, menu and structure, the quality of service/product cards, how forms work (length, errors, mobile keyboard), trust (cases, reviews, requisites, photos), CTA performance. We analyze behavior in Metrica: click maps, scrolling, Webvisor, funnels — we see where the audience really leaks. We compare with the best practices of the niche. Separately — a conversion audit: how many leads each 1000 visits bring, how it compares to the niche, which changes will give the maximum lift. This section most often pays for the whole audit.

The report: priorities, estimates, plan

The main difference of our audit — it ends not with "a list of remarks" but with an action plan. The report is structured by priority: P1 — blocks money and indexing (fix immediately), P2 — significantly affects traffic and conversion (this month), P3 — useful but not urgent. Each item: what the problem is, how it is proven (screenshot, measurement, link), how to fix it, rough effort and effect. At the end — a summary table of "quick wins": maximum effect for minimum money. The report reads well for both the owner and a contractor — no "jargon fog". We present the results in an online meeting: 40–60 minutes, questions answered. After the audit you know exactly what to do, in what order and at what cost.

Timeline, cost and what comes next

A comprehensive audit takes 5–7 working days: tech and SEO (first 3 days), usability and conversion (2 more), report and meeting (1). Price — from 25 000 RUB for a site up to 20 pages; large portals and stores — from 40 000 RUB by estimate. Modular: technical only — from 12 000 RUB, SEO only — from 15 000 RUB, usability only — from 15 000 RUB. Next — your choice: fix in-house by our report, order from us (the estimate comes from the report, priorities already set), or take the site under support with systematic implementation. We do not lock you in: the report is yours, the conclusions are honest. 8 out of 10 clients order implementation from us after the audit — because they see system and clear prices.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website audit cost?

Comprehensive — from 25 000 RUB (a site up to 20 pages), large projects — from 40 000 RUB. Modular: tech — from 12 000 RUB, SEO — from 15 000 RUB, usability — from 15 000 RUB. Diagnostics and brief are free.

How long does an audit take?

5–7 working days for a typical site: 3 days for tech and SEO, 2 for usability and competitors, 1 for the report and meeting. A rush audit — 2–3 days by agreement.

What do I get in the end?

A prioritized P1–P3 report: each item with proof, a fix approach, effort and effect estimates. Plus a "quick wins" summary and an implementation plan. A 40–60 minute presentation is included.

Is the audit just recommendations, or do you fix things?

The price includes diagnostics and the plan. Fixes are separate: in-house by the report, by us per the report estimate, or under support with systematic implementation. No obligations after the audit.

How is your audit different from free online services?

Services show a dozen technical metrics. We combine tech, SEO, usability, content and real user behavior into one picture with priorities and the effect estimated in money.

When does an audit pay off?

Usually immediately: "quick wins" (speed, indexing errors, forms) show effect in the first weeks. Clients use the report for six months — as the site roadmap.
