How we select equipment
Computer equipment procurement for business starts with analyzing tasks and forming a specification for your processes. We do not "sell ready-made builds" — we select the configuration of workstations, servers, network equipment and peripherals for specific scenarios: office work, CAD design, video editing, software development, rendering, 1C load, virtualization. For each employee role — its own machine class: an accountant needs a mid-class workstation with SSD, a designer needs a powerful GPU and RAM, a developer needs a multi-core CPU and a fast drive. At the start, we conduct interviews with the IT department and key users, study the current equipment fleet, identify bottlenecks. We form a specification with several budget options (economy, optimal, premium) — you choose the right one. We approve the specification before procurement, no hidden items and extra charges. Transparency is our principle in all projects.
What is included in hardware supply
Computer hardware supply from ZXY is a full cycle from specification to commissioning. The basic package includes: selection and approval of the specification for business tasks, procurement from official distributors with maximum discounts, supply of workstations (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, custom builds), servers (HPE, Dell EMC, Supermicro, custom builds), storage systems (SAN) from 4 TB to petabyte arrays, network equipment (Cisco, MikroTic, Juniper, Ubiquiti switches; routers, Wi-Fi access points), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS APC, Eaton, Ippon), office equipment (printers, MFPs, plotters HP, Canon, Epson, Kyocera), consumables and software licenses. Additionally, we assemble custom workstations and servers for specific tasks (rendering, ML, virtualization). All items are original products with manufacturer warranty and accompanying documents (waybills, invoices, UPD, certificates). We work under a contract with and without VAT.
Delivery and installation timelines
Delivery timelines depend on the availability of equipment at distributor warehouses and order volume. Standard items (office PCs, printers, MFPs, UPS) are supplied in 3–7 business days in Moscow and the region. Network equipment and servers of standard configurations — 5–10 days. Specific items and large SANs to order — 2–6 weeks from the prepayment date. Batches from 50 units — we agree on a delivery schedule so as not to freeze your warehouse. After delivery, we perform installation: unpacking, inspection for the absence of transport damage, installation at workplaces, assembly of custom configurations (if applicable), connection to the network and UPS, server rack installation, structured cabling if necessary, installation and configuration of OS, drivers, application software, joining the Active Directory domain, stability testing under load. All this takes from 1 to 5 days depending on the batch volume. Upon completion, we sign the acceptance certificate, hand over equipment passports and warranty cards. Supply with turnkey installation is possible — you get ready-made workplaces.

Servers: HPE ProLiant, Dell PowerEdge, Supermicro — standard and bespoke configurations for virtualization, databases, 1C, ML. SAN: HPE MSA, Dell PowerVault, QNAP, Synology, TrueNAS — from small NAS to enterprise-class disk arrays with iSCSI, NFS, FC support. Network equipment: Cisco Catalyst, MikroTic, Juniper EX, Ubiquiti UniFi switches; pfSense, Fortinet, Check Point routers and firewalls; Wi-Fi 6 access points from Ubiquiti, Cisco, TP-Link Omada. UPS: APC Smart-UPS, Eaton 9PX, Ippon — from 1 to 20 kVA. Office equipment: HP LaserJet, Canon imageRUNNER, Kyocera ECOSYS, Epson WorkForce printers and MFPs; HP DesignJet plotters. Structured cabling: Panduit, Legrand, NETKO cable systems. All brands are official supplies with warranty.
Warranty and service support
We provide the official manufacturer warranty for all supplied equipment — from 1 to 5 years depending on the brand and category. Servers and SANs often have an extended warranty with next business day (NBD) engineer visit. Additionally, we provide our own service support throughout the entire service life: if equipment fails, you contact one point — our HelpDesk — and we take on diagnostics, filing a claim with the manufacturer's service center, providing replacement equipment for the duration of the repair. For critical systems, we offer an SLA contract with a response time of 4 hours and 24/7 support. We keep records of the entire equipment fleet in the CMDB system: serial numbers, purchase dates, end of warranty, history of requests — this allows planning modernization and warranty extension in advance. After the warranty period expires, we help extend it with the manufacturer or offer our own service contract. We also buy out and recycle old equipment with documents transfer for environmental reporting. Transparency and responsibility are our principle.
