How we build corporate systems
Corporate systems development starts with a deep description of business processes "as is" and forming a "to be" model. We conduct a series of interviews with managers and key employees, study existing regulations, document flow and bottlenecks. The output is a technical specification for automation describing sales funnels, lead generation, document movement, roles and access rights, integrations with external services. After approving the spec, we move on to platform selection: for a CRM system, it is most often Bitrix24 or amoCRM, for ERP and accounting — 1C:Enterprise 8.3, for non-standard tasks — custom development on Laravel, Symfony or 1C:Enterprise with extensions. We design the database architecture (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL), think through API integrations with the website, telephony, mail, messengers and external services. At each stage, you see progress in the task tracker and can adjust priorities. Transparency is our principle.
What is included in CRM implementation
CRM implementation is not just installing software, but rebuilding the sales department's work. The basic package includes: selecting a platform for the tasks (Bitrix24, amoCRM, Salesforce or a custom CRM), setting up sales funnels for your deal stages, importing and clustering the contact base, configuring the client card with fields for your business, integrating with the website (form requests go into CRM automatically), integrating with IP telephony (Mango, UIS, Yandex.Telephony) — all calls are recorded and attached to the card, integrating with mail and messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp), setting up lead generation from advertising channels, configuring access rights and roles (manager, supervisor, administrator), automating routine: setting tasks, reminders, mailings, sales scripts, creating analytical dashboards for the manager (revenue, conversion by stages, manager efficiency), staff training. A corporate CRM system pays off in 3–6 months due to conversion growth and the elimination of "lost" leads. All work — under a contract with a fixed estimate.
ERP and CRM implementation timelines
Implementation timelines depend on the scope of automation and integration complexity. Implementing Bitrix24 in a basic configuration for a sales team of 5–10 people takes 3–5 weeks: setting up funnels, importing the base, integrating with telephony and the site, training. Implementing 1C:Enterprise (UT, UNF, ERP) — from 1 to 4 months: here it is important to configure nomenclature, warehouses, prices, export goods to the site, integrate with banking and EDI. A custom corporate information system with bespoke development for business processes — from 3 to 9 months. Large ERP projects for holdings with several legal entities and branches — from 6 to 18 months. At the start, we form a roadmap with stages: we launch an MVP (minimum viable system) in 1–2 months so that you start getting benefits immediately, not waiting for a year. Then we expand functionality iteratively, every 2–4 weeks — a new release. In parallel, we train users so that the team does not resist changes. This is critical for project success.
Why we are automation experts
ZXY is a team with 12 years of experience in corporate systems development and over 80 CRM and ERP implementations. Our specialists are certified 1C-Developer and Bitrix24-partners, graduates of MIPT and Bauman MSTU, experienced business analysts with competencies in BPMN and EPC. We do not "sell a box" — we solve a business problem: sales growth, cost reduction, process transparency, management reporting. Before the start, we conduct an audit to make sure that automation is really needed and which one. Sometimes the problem is solved by configuring the existing system, not buying a new one. We use modern technologies: REST and GraphQL APIs, microservice architecture, message queues (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka), Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration for scalable systems. All projects get complete documentation on architecture, API and business processes. If after a year you decide to change the contractor — we will transfer all sources, accesses and comments without problems. Transparency and long-term partnership are our principle.
Technologies and platforms
We work with the full stack of technologies for corporate systems. CRM: Bitrix24 (cloud and box), amoCRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, custom CRM on Laravel or 1C:Enterprise. ERP and accounting: 1C:Enterprise 8.3 (Trade Management, Our Firm Management, ERP, Accounting, HR), 1C:DO for document flow, integration with EDI (Diadoc, SBIS). CIS and bespoke development: Laravel, Symfony, Yii2 frameworks, .NET Core, Python (Django, FastAPI) for analytics and ML modules. Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis for caching. API: REST, GraphQL, SOAP, integration with external services via webhooks and queues. Dashboard frontend: React, Next.js, Vue, Tailwind CSS, chart libraries Chart.js, ApexCharts, D3.js. Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD on GitLab CI and GitHub Actions, Prometheus + Grafana monitoring, ELK Stack logging. We do not impose a specific platform — we select a solution for your tasks, budget and scaling plans for 3–5 years. We justify the choice in the technical specification.
Guarantees and support
Creating a corporate system is a long-term partnership, not a one-time project. After launch, we accompany the system: 12 months of free support include bug fixes, minor interface improvements, platform updates and uptime monitoring. For critical systems, we offer an SLA contract with a response time of 15 minutes and 24/7 support. We guarantee the code's performance — all defects within a year after delivery are fixed for free. We train administrators and users: you can independently configure funnels, reports, access rights, add fields to cards without turning to programmers. Implementation uses Git — the change history is saved, rollback is possible at any time. Complete project documentation (architecture, API, regulations, instructions) is handed over to the client along with the source code. If after a year you decide to change the contractor — we will transfer all sources, accesses and comments without problems. Transparency and responsibility are our principle of working with clients.
