Website support — updates, backups, 24/7 monitoring | ZXY

A website is not "build it and forget it": the CMS ages, vulnerabilities appear, content needs updates, and downtime at peak hours is direct losses. We take technical maintenance upon ourselves: updates, backups, 24/7 monitoring, edits and protection. You run the business — the site simply works.

How it works

Updates and security

We update the CMS, modules and libraries in time, closing vulnerabilities before attackers find them.

Backups and recovery

Daily backups with restore testing: the site can be rolled back in minutes.

24/7 monitoring

We check availability every minute: we learn about downtime before you do and fix it without wake-up calls.

Edits and content

Texts, images, banners, new pages — done neatly, on time, per the regulation.

Why a website needs ongoing support

A website is a software product living in a changing environment: hosting updates PHP, browsers change the rules, CMS and modules release patches, search engines tighten requirements. Without maintenance a site degrades predictably: in 6–12 months — outdated versions and vulnerabilities, in a year or two — a hack or incompatibility, and recovery costs many times more than regular support. Add the human factor: prices changed, a promo started, an employee left — all of it must be reflected on the site quickly and neatly. ZXY support covers both sides: technical (stability, security, speed) and content (edits, pages, banners) — under one contract and one price list.

Technical maintenance and security

Every month: updating the CMS core and modules on a test copy, compatibility check, moving to production without downtime. Daily backups are stored off the hosting (the 3-2-1 rule) and periodically test-restored — a backup that does not restore is not a backup. Security: file integrity control, virus and injected code scanning, admin panel protection, server-level firewall, CMS vulnerability monitoring. Once a quarter — a mini-audit: speed, console errors, broken links, indexing. Every incident is reported transparently: what happened, what we did, how we prevent a repeat. The SLA plan — response from 15 minutes.

24/7 uptime monitoring

A site going down at 3 a.m. should not be discovered by a client at 10 a.m. We monitor availability every 60 seconds from external points (Russia + abroad), watch SSL certificates, domain expiry and server response. On a failure the system pages the on-call engineer — SLA plans respond from 15 minutes, standard within an hour. Typical problems are fixed immediately: a hung process, a full disk, a faulty module. Hosting-side issues — we talk to their support for you. The monthly report includes uptime: for our clients it is steadily 99.9%+. Your site works while you sleep — that is not a figure of speech but a configured process.

Content and edits per the regulation

Support is not only "tech": we handle content requests too. Fix a text, replace a photo, put up a promo banner, add a product, format a news page, adjust a form — send the task by email or into the tracker, we deliver on schedule: standard edits within a working day, urgent ones out of turn. Everything is formatted in the site style: no "broken" blocks or crooked images. We keep a change history — it is always clear who changed what and when. If an edit requires development (new functionality), we estimate it separately and approve the scope — no surprises in the invoice.

Plans and service scope

The "Standard" plan — from 15 000 RUB/mo: 24/7 monitoring, daily backups, monthly updates, security, up to 4 hours of edits and consultations. The "Extended" plan — from 30 000 RUB/mo: everything in "Standard" + up to 10 hours of edits, content management (news, products, banners), a quarterly audit and SEO indexing control. The SLA plan — from 60 000 RUB/mo: response from 15 minutes, an on-call engineer, priority development. Unused edit hours do not burn at month end — they carry over. One-off jobs without a subscription — from 3 000 RUB/hour. The exact scope is fixed in the contract; plan switching takes effect on the first day of any month.

Why ZXY support

We have been building websites for 12 years and know their weak spots not from textbooks but from 500+ projects: we do not need to "study your site" — we immediately see where it is fragile. We support both our own builds and third-party sites — on 1C-Bitrix, WordPress and custom systems: we start with free diagnostics and give an honest assessment. One team handles both support and development: no need to find a contractor for every task. If the site needs improvements — we propose a prioritized roadmap. Reachable in messengers and by phone; every task is tracked with history. 98% of clients renew their support — try it yourself.

Frequently asked questions

What does the support plan include?

24/7 monitoring, daily backups, monthly CMS and module updates, basic security, edits and consultations within the plan hours, a monthly report. The scope is fixed in the contract.

Do you support sites built by others?

Yes: 1C-Bitrix, WordPress, custom solutions. We start with free diagnostics — we will honestly say what state the site is in and what to do first.

How fast do you react to problems?

On the standard plan — within an hour during business hours, on SLA — from 15 minutes around the clock. Monitoring automatically pages the on-call engineer on any failure.

What if the site gets hacked?

We roll back to a clean backup, find the entry point, close the vulnerability, clean the files and notify search engines. On support such cases are rare — prevention is cheaper than cure.

Do unused edit hours burn at month end?

No, unused hours carry over to the next month (up to 2 months ahead). We stand for a fair model: you pay for the actual work done.

Can support be combined with site development?

Yes, it is a common scheme: support keeps the site healthy, and by a separate estimate we develop features, run SEO or launch ads. One team — fewer approvals.
